I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice. All cancellations must be done online through the online booking system. Cancellations through, text, email or social media will not be valid. Clients who do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows… *24 hour notice: Services may be canceled without charge. *Failure to show: The entire services will be charged. *Cancelation under 24 hours: The entire services will be charged. This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client in, in turn, and maintains a higher availability for you as well as others.
